  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are generally delivered within 5–8 business days across India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the serviceability of our courier partners.
  • While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays due to weather conditions, public holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen courier issues are beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Complimentary Shipping on all orders above ₹1,999 across India.
  • Orders below ₹1,999 will be charged a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
  • Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Return & Replacement Shipping

If a return or replacement request is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

International Shipping

At present, Pavazhamalli.in ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
